If you haven’t noticed by now, I have a couple of go-to Blogs and Cookbooks that I get a majority of my recipes from – Love and Lemons, Skinny Taste and recently, I’ve been loving Pinch of Yum.
Pinch of Yum is a food blog that was started by Lindsay and her husband, Bjork. The blog started as an experiment to see if you could generate income while connecting people through blogging. Over the past 6 years the two have posted monthly income reports outlining the blogs revenue, income and traffic. Revenue grew month-over-month and year-over-year. Fast forward to 2017, they found that it was in fact possible to build a blog into a sustainable source of income and Pinch of Yum is now an official business with a small team and physical office. Anyways, I’ve made this BBQ Chicken Sweet Potato Pizza couple of times and it never disappoints. This week I took a spin class at a local cycle studio, Rev, with a couple of friends and this was the perfect post-workout dinner. We prepped everything before class to save time, so it took less than 30 minutes for our dinner to be ready (just enough time to cook the crust and add the toppings).
I went through a pizza phase around this time last year and bought a pizza stone. They are inexpensive and if you eat pizza regularly, you should 100% have one of these on your holiday gift list. Mine is from Sur La Table and only costs $30 – link here!
