Happy Sunday! This week was less than exciting because I actually spent half of the week sick. I hate being sick because it totally throws off my schedule, but thanks to antibiotics I’m back to normal.

Anyways, below are the top 5 things that I’m totally obsessing over this week.

Collagen Peptides

Resistance Bands

Summer is right around the corner (or at least I keep telling myself that it is), so you know what that means – shorts and bikinis. Resistance bands are a great way to tone and sculpt your thighs, glutes, quads and hamstrings. Plus you can take them with you and get in a quick workout almost anywhere. Two-a-days have become the norm recently and let’s be honest, you just can’t wash your hair that much. This dry shampoo foam is amazing – I had my initial doubts using foam as opposed to spray, but it works wonders and is a total must have in your gym bag.

The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck

One of my goals for 2018 is to focus on personal development and with that comes reading. More blogs and articles to refine my writing style, but also more books. I figured what better way than to kick things off than with a self-help guide that offers slap in the face advice with ruthless humor.

Cursing doesn’t particularly bother me, but you definitely have to get used to the amount of f bombs Mark Manson drops in the #1 New York Times Best Seller. I haven’t finished the book yet, but so far I’ve found it to provide a refreshing perspective, and for his advice to be both spot on and insanely relevant. You can order your copy here.
