Weekly Roundup [ 3 . 11 ]

Check out what I’ve been up to this week including my favorite products and links to recipes.

Mueller Spiral Ultra

If you don’t have a spiralizer, you need one. You can julieann, spiralize, shred and slice fruits and vegetables (and it’s much more cost effective than buying them already prepared this way at the grocery store). I use mine all the time to make zoodles (great alternative for pasta) and last week I used it to make a slaw for pulled pork tacos. Check the recipe here!

UA HOVR Phantom Connected

I’ve been running in UA shoes for years, but this shoe provides a whole new running experience. They are light (which is a must for me personally), while still providing support in all the right places. They’re also my first pair of connected shoes. Connecting my shoes was quick and easy – it took less than 2 minutes to pair them with the MapMyRun app (including updates). This digitally connected shoe provides detailed metrics including pace, cadence, stride length & distance.

Powerbeats3 Wireless Headphones

I’ve posted about these on my Instagram before, but I like them so much that I’m including them in my top five this week. These headphones have high performance beats sound, are sweat and water resistant and hold up to 12 hours of battery life. They are a bit pricey at $199.95 – but completely worth it if you run/workout often. You can buy on Apple here!

Alter Eco works directly with small-scale farmers who grow their quinoa, rice, sugar and chocolate and help them institute Fair Trade and Organic practices.

Goodie Girl Cookies

Ok – so these are another Starbucks find and they are honestly dangerous. They are gluten free, but you would never know it (seriously).
