Stuffed Bagel Balls

I’m always flipping through cookbooks, blogs and Pinterest to find recipes and inspiration. There are only a handful though that I really trust because honestly, I’m just picky like that – one of my go-to’s is Skinnytaste.

In addition to her 2 cookbooks , the skinnytaste cookbook and skinnytaste fast and slow, (which I both own and highly recommend) you can browse tons of recipes developed by Gina Homolka on Recipes are sorted by vegetarian meals, gluten free, under 30 minutes, paleo, slow cooker, Whole 30, etc. She also typically includes gluten and dairy free alternatives to her recipes – which is awesome. And she is always adding new recipes.




I made these Stuffed Bagel Balls this morning for breakfast using my NuWave air-fryer and they were amazing. It’s a copycat recipe for Bantam Bagels and totally worth trying. I used gluten-free flour, everything bagel seasoning for topping and stuffed them with garlic & herb cream cheese. Not only are they delicious and super quick and easy to make, but this finger food would be the perfect addition to your next brunch spread.
